Accept Terms
By accessing the okbajee platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between okbajee and the user.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from using this platform. okbajee reserves the right to immediately close any account identified as belonging to a minor.
Account Creation & Security
To create an account on okbajee, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user is permitted only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all information provided at registration.
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential. Never share access to your account with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, contact our Help Centre immediately. okbajee will not be held liable for any unauthorised account activity.
As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, okbajee may request a National ID card or other relevant documents at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is complete. Any attempt to complete verification using false information will result in permanent account closure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users must conduct themselves with honesty, respect, and responsibility while using okbajee. Fraudulent activity against other users, manipulation of the platform's systems, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.
Users may not participate on the platform using any automated software, bots, or algorithms. Attempting to probe security vulnerabilities or hack the platform's systems may result in legal action.

Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on okbajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals may be made using okbajee-approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Each transaction is subject to a minimum and maximum limit, as specified in the platform's guidelines.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the designated timeframe, though a delay may occur if verification or a security review is required. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's name — transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. okbajee reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious transaction.
Bonus or promotional funds are subject to specific conditions that must be met before withdrawal, as detailed on the relevant offer page. Any applicable taxes or government charges are the user's responsibility under the laws of Bangladesh. Bonuses or winnings obtained through fraudulent means will be considered void.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
The okbajee platform is provided on an "as is" basis. okbajee shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from technical issues, server downtime, or network disruptions. Users acknowledge that online entertainment carries financial risk, and that such risk is borne entirely by the user.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Okbajee may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: operating multiple accounts, providing false identity information, fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or attempting to harm other users. Accounts may also be temporarily suspended pending verification in cases of suspicious financial activity.
Users may request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded in accordance with the applicable rules. However, bonus or promotional funds that have not met the withdrawal requirements are non-refundable. Requests to reactivate a closed account may be submitted through the Help Centre, though approval remains at okbajee's sole discretion.
Relevant provisions of these Terms — particularly those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — will remain in effect even after an account is closed. okbajee reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Okbajee reserves the right to amend these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute or claim will first be addressed through negotiation. Should a resolution not be reached, both parties agree to submit the matter to the competent courts of Bangladesh.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
